The checkout process was quick, which I appreciated, but the real value is the transit coverage kicking in automatically for the whole order. Knowing eligible shipping issues are handled without me having to chase anyone down made the extra cost feel completely worth it.

Adding this at checkout took about ten seconds, and it's one less thing to stress over while the package is bouncing around in transit. The coverage for eligible shipping issues is exactly the safety net I wanted for a higher-ticket item.

Checked the box on a whim and honestly forgot about it until my package showed up dented on one corner. One quick claim later and the refund hit my account within two days, no interrogation. For the price of a coffee, that's the easiest peace of mind I've ever bought.
