My daughter has barely come out of it since we set it up—took me maybe five minutes to get the beechwood poles and canvas sorted. The natural fabric smells lovely and feels sturdy enough to survive her daily "camping trips" with all her stuffed animals.

The wooden poles are sturdy beechwood, not the flimsy plastic I was worried about, and the whole thing went up in under five minutes without any tools. My kids have been in it every single day since it arrived, turning it into a spaceship one hour and a castle the next.

Canvas is thicker than I expected, which makes it feel sturdy for a kids' tent. Setup took maybe ten minutes and the beechwood slats lock together nicely, though I wish the bottom edge had some padding for hardwood floors. My daughter's already claimed it as her reading nook.
