This small yet powerful water toy from Plan Toys features a hull, cabin, and chimney — just like a real tugboat to help develop fine motor skills, imaginative thinking, and hand-eye coordination.

The little chimney and cabin are perfectly sized for tiny hands, and I love how the solid wood hull floats so steadily in the tub. My toddler’s imagination runs wild with it, steering it around like a real captain. It’s become the star of our bath routine.
My 16-month-old grabs for this every bath time — the chunky hull is easy for her little hands to grip, and the chimney gives her something to point at while she splashes. It floats steady enough that she can push it around and pretend it's working.
The little chimney and cabin are perfectly sized for small hands, and my son loves stacking his bath toys around it like it’s docking. It floats steady and has held up great through months of nightly soaks.
